1. How do I delete my account?

In the Memberly app, go to your profile page by tapping on the "Profile" button on the bottom tab. Then go to Settings by tapping on the settings (cog) icon. Tap on "Account Security". On the new page that appears, tap on Delete Account.

2. How long does it take for my data to be deleted?

Your account is deleted as soon as you finish the delete account process highlighted above.

3. What data will be removed after I delete my account?

All of your sensitive data that can link to your identity are deleted. This includes but is not limited to your email, phone number, payment information and addresses. We also delete

Your brand subscription history is retained for accounting purposes.
